How to subscribe to our podcasts

We produce a new episode of our podcasts each month.

You can listen directly to our podcasts by using the player that's embedded in the web page, or by downloading the audio file and playing it in Windows Media Player or another media player.

... or subscribe and listen

Or you can subscribe to the podcast, in which case, each new episode will be downloaded to your computer automatically as soon as it comes out.

To subscribe, you need a podcatching program. The best known, and most widely used is iTunes. If you don't want to use iTunes, there is a list of other podcatching software at podcatchermatrix.com.

Download and install your chosen podcatching program.

Then subscribe to our podcast. If you use iTunes, you can do this just by clicking the 'Subscribe in iTunes' link. If you use one of the other podcatching programs, you may need to drag the 'subscribe with RSS' link into a window in the software.

That's it. Each new episode will now be downloaded automatically and you can listen to it whenever you want, or transfer it to an ipod or mp3 player to go mobile.
